1. Service Description

SportsCal provides calendar subscription services for sports events, including team schedules and league calendars. We automatically update schedules from official sources.

2. Account & Subscriptions

• You must be 13+ years old to use SportsCal
• One calendar subscription per paid account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Sharing calendar links violates our terms and may result in suspension

3. Payment & Refunds

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancel anytime - access continues until period ends
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share calendar subscription links with others
• Resell or redistribute our calendar feeds
• Use automated tools to scrape our data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our service

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, sports schedules can change. We are not liable for missed events due to last-minute changes by leagues or teams.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly for sharing subscription links or unauthorized use.

7. Liability

SportsCal is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages from using or inability to use our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
